JANTUNG dan Angiography

Lame kan i tak hapdet???nape ade yg windu ke???sory la...last week suddenly my dad kene heart prob...so aku cam tak dek mood and tak dek mase pon nak hapdet pape...aku setia di hospital bersama family...chewaaaahhh...poyos je ayat kan...

sbenarnye balik je dari singapore agaknye abah aku penat sangat...dia cakap kat jantung rase cam ade jarum cucuk2...wah ngeri kan???peh tu g klinik Dr soh g hospital coz suspek jantung...pe lagi mak aku dengan sepantas kilat telah membuat research hospital mane nak g...dengan sebulat suara trus memilih Hospital Pakar Damansara (KPJ)...kenapa pilih sini???sebab dekat ngan anak2...so senang la mak aku nak bergerak...sampai hospital terus masuk ICU....eh masuk CARDIAC INTENSIVE CARE UNIT....same la kan...sok nye bermula la segala test2 untuk abah aku...stress test la pe la...abah aku ni kuat bersukan (malangnye anak dia sekor pon hampeh tak reti bersukan)...so lambat sket la attack nye...bley Dr cakap cam tu???lagipon family history memang dah ade penyakit 3 serangkai tu...skang kene jaga makan je lagi...

lepas stress test kene posa la abah aku...nape???sebab petang nye nak wat angiogram...pe angiogram ni?ala2 cam xray la untuk nengok mane yang tersumbat kan...ok sila bace penerangan di bawah ape itu angiogram:

An angiogram is an X-ray test that uses a special dye and camera (fluoroscopy) to take pictures of the blood flow in an artery (such as the aorta) or a vein (such as the vena cava). An angiogram can be used to look at the arteries or veins in the head, arms, legs, chest, back, or belly.

Common angiograms can look at the arteries near the heart (coronary angiogram), lungs (pulmonary angiogram), brain (cerebral angiogram), head and neck (carotid angiogram), legs or arms (peripheral), and the aorta (aortogram).

During coronary angiography, you're kept on your back and awake. That way, you can follow your doctor's instructions during the test. You'll be given medicine to help you relax. The medicine may make you sleepy.
Your doctor will numb the area where the catheter (a small plastic tube) will enter the blood vessel through a small cut in the arm, groin (upper thigh), or neck.

The doctor then threads the catheter through the vessel up to the opening of the coronary arteries. Special x-ray movies are taken of the catheter as it's moved up into the heart. The movies help your doctor see where to position the tip of the catheter.

Your doctor will put special dye in the catheter when it reaches the correct spot. This dye will flow through your coronary arteries and make them show up on an x ray. This x ray is called an angiogram. If the angiogram reveals blocked arteries, your doctor may use angioplasty to restore blood flow to your heart.
After your doctor completes the angiography, or the angiography and angioplasty, he or she will remove the catheter from your body. The opening left in the blood vessel will then be closed up and bandaged.
A small sandbag or other type of weight may be put on top of the bandage to apply pressure. This will help prevent major bleeding from the site.

paham tak???hum aku malas nak translate kan...english day ek 2day...

ade video yg menerangkan procedure tu...nengok la....tu la mende nye yang abah aku wat...sebab 1 je yang block...naseb baik...if banyak mau kene bypast...nauzubillah mintak dijauhkan la...takut aku...
